дорогостоящие лекарства

Здравсвуйте. Может кто-нибудь более опытный подскажет что-то полезное.
Предыстория: у моего ребёнка хронический гломерулонефрит, стероидорезистентный. Ему показано лечение циклоспорином, а именно Сандиммун Неорал в растворе. Препарат дорогой - около 12 тыс. за флакончик (нам надо на полгода 3 флакона). Купить за наличку пока не могу - реально не могу, хотя деньги искать буду, конечно. Пока держимся на высокой дозе преднизолона, но с трудом - сохраняется высокая активность заболевания.
Комиссию по инвалидности вчера прошли, розовую справку получили. Сегодня ломанулась в поликлинику: посылали-отсылали... в общем, как я поняла, пока в пенсионном фонде всё не оформят (около месяца), то на льготный рецепт я рассчитывать не могу. Далее начмед в поликлинике мне сказала, что данного препарата в аптеках по льгтному отпуску нет вообще в городе :(, и что когда я получу рецепт, то мне придётся обзванивать все аптеки самостоятельно чуть ли ежедневно в поисках этого препарата. Возможно когда-нибудь мне повезёт.
Собственно вопрос: кто с такой ситуацией сталкивался и как можно процесс ускорить? может есть куда звонить, чтобы препарат всё-таки появился в аптеке? всё-таки дети в больницах его получают...

Надо обратиться в Комитет по здравооохранению ,Малая Садовая ,1 ,вход со двора и вас должны внести в список закупок этого лекарства (если оно есть в списке),но лечаший врач должен выписать бесплатный рецепт.
Мы так поступали ,когда исчезло наше лекарство ,но было это год назад.
