I first would like to apologize for the delayed response to your request. We initially stated you will receive a reply within 48-72 hours but we have not followed up with you in a timely manner. Our company has been experiencing a very large increase in email and phone correspondence over the past week and we regret that we haven't been able to respond to you sooner.
Over the past weekend we began implementing a new warehouse management system, and while we were making the updates, many of our 6pm orders were regrettably delayed. As a result, there is a possibility your order may arrive beyond the previously quoted time frame.
If you have received an order number, then it's safe to say your order has been or will be shipped out soon. Our system hasn't yet updated with tracking information, but as soon as it does, that information should be available in your 6pm.com account online. If you placed an order with more than one item, you may receive your order in multiple shipments instead of one.
We regret any loss of service that has affected you, and we very much appreciate your loyalty as our customer. Please accept this as an apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you, and do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to be of further assistance.
