Я обычный смертный экономист, ну, кандидат наук еще, но это уже так, мелочи. Консультирую иностранные фирмы, желающие работать в России.

Ввоз кошки в Чехию
 

Я все в процессе своей эпопеи, делюсь последней кошачьей информацией, вдруг кому пригодится.

1. Справка о наличии антител к бешенству не нужна (в Питере данная справка стоит 320 евро), на сайте консульства устаревшая информация. Сайт вет. службы Чехии: http://www.svscr.cz/index.php?art=1567
2. Нужен международный ветпаспорт с прививками
3. Нужна справка ф.1, которая в день отлета меняется на международный сертификат.
4. Мы летим авиакомпанией Россия, выяснился нюанс: необходимо заранее подать заявку через информационно-справочную службу на внесение в билет кошки, заранее сообщается вес кошки вместе с переноской, и габариты переноски, ответ на заявку в течение суток. Это выяснилось случайно, т.к. меня заинтересовало правило "не более 2-х кошек на борт"
5. Перед вылетом зверь оформляется в ветслужбе Пулково и оплачивается как свехнормативный багаж

Thank you for your email.

Import of cats from non-EU Member States to the European union including the Czech Republic is harmonised in the whole EU by Regulation (EC) No. 998/2003.

Conditions, which must be fulfilled, are:

1. Identification of the cat - there are two methods of identification, a tattoo or an electronic identification system (microchip). Used may be only a microchips complying with ISO Standard 11784, applying HDX or FDX-B technology and capable of being read by a reading device compatible with ISO Standard 11785. In the case where the microchip does not comply with these requirements, the owner or the natural person responsible for the pet animal on behalf of the owner must provide the means necessary for reading the transponder at the time of any inspection. From 3 July 2011 will be possible to identify pet only by microchip (not tatoo).

2. Vaccination against rabies – cat must be vaccinated against rabies. An anti-rabies vaccination shall be considered as valid 21 days from the date of completion of the vaccination protocol required by the manufacturer for the primary vaccination in the country in which the vaccination is administred. However, the vaccination is valid from the date of revaccination (booster) where the vaccine is administered within the period of validity. The date of vaccination against rabies must not precede the date of microchipping.

3. Cat must be accompanied by veterinary certificate for domestic dogs, cats and ferrets entering the European community. I suppose that your cat will travel together with your wife. In case that cat will travel with person responsible for it, cat must be accompanied by veterinary certificate for domestic dogs, cats and ferrets entering the European Community for non-commercial movements (see attachement). In this certificate there must be filled articles I, II, III, IV and serial number. Certificate must be confirmed by official veterinarian of third country concerned or veterinarian authorised by the competent autority of the third country concerned. The certificate is valid for 4 months after signature by the official veterinarian or until the date of expiry of the vaccination shown in Part IV, which ever is earlier.

Rabies serological test - from the Russian federation is not required.

Echinococcus treatment and tick treatment are not required by the Czech Republic.

Other posibility is to send the cat as a cargo shipment, but there are a little different conditions. I can send you these information if you plan this kind of transport.
