I calculated what the lessons by skipe are cheaper then nunny help. But of course the DC have advantages too.

I found out that the price was 380 rub per a lesson on your source- that's a bit too much for me )))

I think I'll try smth else. As for the discussion club - I pursuaded my husband that it's the best variant available for us now. We are under the minimum of subsistence - and need to count our money well.
My job is partually translating - and on a maternity leave - without using it - my English deteriorating drastically((( And I may not fit my job requirements anymore ))) Which means - lowering in title and wages.

Since the discussion club is free - it's the best available varuant for me. Though the level of English requires much to be desired there, it's beter than nothing)
Plus (!) you are right - I have some free time to shift my brains from housing and upbringing to smth new)

oh, Im afraid you open wrong site, because my lesson is cost only 295 rub (actually 260 rub because I paid before price rising). And you can choose any teacher you like. Also on the forum I find a person who offer oneself like conversation partner(near 200 rub). This week I almost every day listen english podcast on Ipod, its very helpful.

sorry it take so long to answer you. I have been busy these days. Thank you for the offer. Of course I send you my name in skype, but - my "life" start usually after 10.30 pm, when my offsprings sleep. So in this time I do homework or have lessons or just read. Oh I am sorry to interrupt your conversation but I'm a teacher of English but in my previous life as I always joke becaouse I've got 2 offsprings. the youngest is 8 months. I'm sure you understand what I mean. I'll be very happy to speak to you time to time as this year I haven't got any practice except speaking to my daughter (she is almoust 4) but her level of english is too low yet)))
By the way when I was pregnant with my daughter I visited this disscussion club time to time and their free courses and this very helpful moreover it's free)) and I even invited thier speaker American gilr to my pupils at school and they were happy to meet her and talk to her (that was surprisingly free as well)
I'd like to ask you if you know any syte with English songs and their texts.

Я тоже как многие пыталась сама подтягивать, аудио слушала, писала, в принципе понимала практически все что говорят, а как оказалось говорить то по факту не могла , на отдыхе за границей когда иностранцы обращались , что то спрашивали, коротко отвечала и дальше язык как комом стоял, ничего не могла говорить, иногда пыталась , но не все понимали и переспрашивали а комплекс возрастал, чувстовала себя дурой просто, занималась потом с русским учителем, тоже как то так...сейчас через подругу вышла на носителя американца, по русски отлично говорит и вообще супер препод , 2 часа с ним дают мне больше чем я сама занималась в течение месяца, да и недорого получается, вобщем для меня это лучший вариант оказался.....он по приморскому району работает, если кому надо могу поделиться :-)

Yes, you're almost right ))) You hear the text and try to write it down. It helps to improve your language skills a lot))))

I don;t know about site but I see many audio and books with songs, lyrics, fairy tales in the Mayakovsky Library.
