I watched last night "A Walk in the Clouds" with Keanu Reeves (i don't know if it's an original name of film, or just translation). I really love this film and Keanu is the BEST!!!

Has anyone seen?

Continuous tenses imply an action in progress or a long duration of an action.
e.g. It has been raining all night (it is still raining or has just stopped)
I think, Present Perfect is better here (I have watched) as you state the fact.

I haven't seen neither of the films. What's the plot?

The film was very nice & romantic! I recommend strongly. Unfortunately not in English, hmmm.. I will watch it again in English with a great pleasure!

Hi everybody! Please let me join your topic.I have watched Friends recently. I expected that it would be rather difficult for undestanding cause i do not study English regularly and do not use it working. I finished english school but i realize now that i am loosing my knowledge. There were not any studies in university.Concerning "Friends" as for me i can not say that i caught every word,every scene seemed me clear in general.

Yesterday I watched "Sex and the City" film with subtittles. I understood not every word.
I can watch films, do gramma exercises, listen dialogs, but it is difficult for me even to write letter.
My brain thinks in Russian and I can't to translate my complicate russian sentences into simple English/
My dream is to think in English.

for example, I have no idea how to complete these sentences...

British universities will accept students from abroad___________
Working for a large company ca be a fulfilling experience_________
Most banks are happy to lend customers money_____
The government will reduce income tax________

It is neccessary to complete these sentences using such words as provided that ,unless, as long as, on condition that, no matter how, however many....

Do you have any ideas?

Yes, I've seen this film. I cry every time when I watch it, It's so sad. (I think it sounds very russian... but I don't know how to say... more in English way...Am I right?)
