Each passenger can carry on the plane
one piece of hand luggage (measuring a maximum 56 x 45 x 25cm).
That means…
…one laptop case, or
…one brief case, or
…one handbag, or
…one rucksack, or
…one carrier bag
In short…
one item only.
If you fail to comply with our rules, you can possibly be denied boarding. Please check the dimensions of your hand luggage. If theese exceed permissible dimensions, you'll need to pay a fee of £ 30.00 per bag per flight.
If you carry more than 1 piece of hand luggage, at the airport you will be charged a fee of £ 30.00 for each additional piece of hand luggage per flight. The additional hand luggage must not be taken on board, but it will be send to the luggage hold.
You can take
liquids on board as hand baggage, provided they are stored in containers no bigger than 100ml, and brought to the airport in a clear, re-sealable plastic bag with maximum dimensions of 20 x 20cms. Each passenger can carry a maximum of 1000ml (e.g. 10 x 100ml).
Within the United Kingdom you are not permitted to take any Toner Cartridges that are greater than 500g in size on board the aircraft.
Things you can take on board in addition to your one piece of hand luggage:-
One jacket / overcoat, umbrella or shawl
Oxygen / air cylinders (accompanied by a medical certificate)
Guide dogs, hearing dogs or helping dogs
Walking frames or crutches

For a fee, you can put one bag in the hold that weighs up to 20kg.
The fee can be paid in one of two ways - online or at the airport when you check-in (though it will cost more to do this at the airport).
If your bag weighs more than 20kg you will also be charged an excess baggage fee. No single piece of hold baggage can weigh more than 32kg, due to health and safety restrictions, and no passenger can check in more than 50kg of luggage or 8 individual items.
т.е. по ручной клади- ограничения по весу НЕТ.

It must fit without force into the gauges provided at check-in or departure gates. No weight restriction applies within reasonable limits — i.e. a passenger must be able to place the piece of luggage safely in the overhead storage bins without assistance.
In addition to the “Standard Hand Baggage” you may also carry:
(a) one of the following: An overcoat; an umbrella, or a shawl; and
(b) one standard size carrier bag of goods purchased from the departure airport.
